Email address, student information you enter (names, handicaps, session notes), revenue data, booking information, and anonymous usage analytics.

Your data is used solely to provide the FairwayPro service: managing students, tracking sessions and revenue, generating AI training plans, and sending push notifications.

Data is stored securely on servers in the European Union (Supabase, AWS eu-west region). All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).

We do not sell your data. We do not share personal data with third parties except as required to provide the service (see Third-Party Services below).

To deliver FairwayPro, we rely on a few trusted technical providers:

• Anthropic (Claude API): We send contextual data (student first name, last session date, available time slots) to Anthropic to generate personalized AI messages. No data is retained by Anthropic beyond processing time.
• Supabase: Database hosting and authentication, located in the European Union.
• Expo / EAS: App build, update delivery, and push notification service.
• Apple: Crash reports and app analytics may be collected by Apple if you have opted in on your device.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy and complies with GDPR.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app (Settings → Delete my account). Upon deletion, all your data — including students, sessions, videos, messages, and personal information — is permanently and irreversibly removed from our servers within 48 hours. You can also request deletion by email.

You can export, request deletion, or modify your information at any time. Under GDPR and Swiss nFADP, you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
